Offshore Wind Prequalification

Learn more about the offshore wind prequalification process and how eligible companies can participate in the offshore wind Call for Bids.

The purpose of the offshore wind Call for Bids prequalification process is to review and identify eligible companies that can participate in the next offshore wind Call for Bids. 

To prequalify, companies will be required to meet certain financial, technical, and legal and social criteria. Interested companies will be required to submit information via an online form to demonstrate how they meet these prequalification requirements. 

Only companies who are prequalified by the CNSOER will be eligible to bid on a parcel(s) in the next offshore wind Call for Bids. All applicants will be notified about the outcome of their prequalification application.
